You'll know about when the 64 bit Civil 3D is released the day it is release and not a second before.

Message 8 of No it does not, but it's the choice they have made to date with Civil only being 32bit. Reality check: there is no 64bit Civil enabler and if s are coming out next month based on their annual schedules, you might have to upgrade to get one IF they decide to update Civil to 64bit.
